Returns & Refunds
At Library Lantern, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Be free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used products
- Items damaged through improper use
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the damage
We'll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we'll cover all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Library Lantern is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Library Lantern is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier first. We're happy to assist you in filing a claim when possible.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting our support team may be challenged with supporting order and delivery documentation.
