At Library Lantern, we believe your shopping experience should be as cozy and seamless as the products we create. That's why every order includes FREE fully tracked shipping, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer FREE fully tracked shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If your order experiences a significant delay, we'll notify you via email as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 6–14 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipment has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Library Lantern is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us. We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis following the carrier's investigation.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and any secure delivery locations.
- Asking household members, neighbors, or your building's management office.
- Contacting the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.
If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us. We'll do our best to assist you throughout the carrier's investigation.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
You will never be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, Library Lantern is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, labor disruptions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other force majeure events.
